Return and Refund Policy

Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For stationery items like washi tapes, the roll must be uncut and sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note (International Shipping): Because our unique stationery collections are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Asia, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Important) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. In many cases of damaged or wrong items, we may offer a full refund or free replacement without requiring you to return the original item, to save you the hassle of international shipping.

Product Nature & Craftsmanship (Important) Please acknowledge that due to the complexity of printing techniques, special finishes such as White Ink, Crystal (PET), Foil Stamping, and Shell Light may exhibit slight misalignment (usually within 1-2mm) or minor ink overflow. These are common manufacturing occurrences inherent to the production process, not quality defects. Therefore, slight shifts in special finishes are not considered grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or photo proof). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
